When using any kind of specialised equipment finding the right balance between skill, personality, safety and flexibility is of the utmost importance. We pride ourselves in finding this mix by using both in house and freelance crew. The Jimmy Jib market is very small and specialised. We have a good relationship with all freelance operators, so if you would like to use your favourite operator we can arrange this for you (subject to their availability). The crew will carry out a risk assessment on the job and a copy will be given to production.
