Michael has many years of experience in the industry, the last 14 specialising in Jimmy Jib operating. He worked with Off Trax in its early beginnings (mid 90’s) and within a few years became fully involved as one of the partners. Most of his time is spent out on the road but he has also been heavily involved with pushing the conventional grip side of the company and was one of the key players in the design and construction of the Off Trax tracking vehicles.

Since those early days Michael has operated on a very wide variety of productions. Examples over the years include the British feature films Scenes of a Sexual Nature starring Ewan McGreggor and the recently released Streetdance 3D; the BBC documentaries The Making Of Modern Britain (Andrew Marr) and The Seven Ages of Britain (David Dimbleby); live & as-live studio-based shows such as Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and Question Time; many tv dramas including French & Saunders, London’s Burning and The Bill; factual series’ like Child of Our Time and Timewatch; virtually every car show going including Top Gear, Fifth Gear, Driven and Police Camera Action; music concerts including Queen, Robbie Williams and James Blunt, and a huge selection of pop promos, TV commercials and corporate work.
